  1. Port Overview

  1. Niue Island, Niue

  2. Niue is an island nation located in the South Pacific Ocean, 2,400 kilometres northeast of New Zealand in a triangle between Tonga, Samoa, and the Cook Islands. It is commonly known as the "Rock of Polynesia". Natives of the island call it "the Rock". It is a self governing nation in free association with New Zealand.

The island isolation and coral makeup create an exciting rugged coastline and reef which provides intimate swimming coves. There are 13 villages found along Niue's 67-km circle island road. The main city is Alofi that has a supermarket, commercial center, information center, travel agent, and other amenities all in walking distance from the wharf.

Niue is known for its spectacular and extensive cave system. There are spectacular underwater caves, as well as ones to explore on land.
