  1. Port Overview

  1. Canouan, St Vincent & the Grenadines

  2. Canouan is one in the string of islands which make up the Grenadines archipelago. The island claims some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Canouan was once owned by a single family, but in recent years has seen the development of luxury resort hotels and guest houses. The recently established Carenage Bay resort is a plush 5-star resort boasting two private beaches and excellent sports facilities including its 18-hole golf club, scuba diving, wind-surfing and tennis.

Canouan is a diver’s dream with clear blue waters and coral reefs teeming with sea life. Flowering cacti decorate the hillsides, leading to Mount Mahoult, the island’s highest point. The views above Friendship Bay are especially pleasing. Once a plantation island owned primarily by a single family, Canouan has in recent years seen the development of luxury resort hotels along its tranquil bays.
