  1. Port Overview

  1. Cardiff, Wales

  2. Cardiff is the capital city of Wales, and lies at the mouths of the Taff and Ely rivers on the Bristol Channel. It is the largest city in Wales and is an important administrative, commercial, and industrial centre.

Though it had a reputation of being a rough, industrial city, Cardiff has changed dramatically in recent years. It is now a lively and modern capital city, gaining popularity with tourists interested in its history and culture. As well as the many historical attractions, an exciting waterfront development has been created in the old docks area at Cardiff Bay. The development incorporates restaurants, shops, museums, housing and a marina.
