Jondal is a small town located towards the head of Hardangerfjord, Norway. It lies on the southern side, halfway into this long and striking fjord. From here you can take the spectacular mountain road to the magnificent Folgefonn Glacier and indulge in summer skiing.
Highlights include the beautiful church in the town that is often called “The Hardanger Cathedral”, Swiss houses with stone roofs and well kept orchards, the town community centre with shops, several types of accommodation and many beautiful buildings.
