  2. The island of Jersey is the largest and southernmost of the British Channel Islands. It is located in the English Channel, northwest of France. It is a popular tourist destination, offering fine weather, a picturesque coastline and approximately thirty beaches.

    Attractions on Jersey include English-style beach cafes and country pubs, watersports, coastal walks and historic fortifications from different periods. There are many museums to visit, the Jersey zoo, the AquaSplash complex and the Living Legend theme park. Island Duck Tours are especially popular and feature an amphibious coach.
