  1. Port Overview

  1. Port Rashid,UAE

  2. Port Rashid is a man made, commercial port in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai is one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates. It is a desert city with superb infrastructure, liberal policies (by regional standards), that became popular for its excellent tourist amenities. Just 5 h from Europe and 3 h from most parts of the Middle East, the Near East, and the subcontinent of India, Dubai makes a great short break for shopping, partying, sunbathing, fine dining, sporting events.

Attractions in Dubai can be found in its old town such as Dubai Museum, Jumeirah Mosque, Shindagha District, Bastakiya District and the Al Ahmadiya School. In modern Dubai the Burj Khalifa is worth a visit, as is the Dubai Fountain, Dubai Marina and the Palm Islands. There are also endless water sport opportunities at Dubai’s white sand beaches. The Camel Race Track is one of the more unusual attractions, with races being held on Thursday and Friday in the winter. Visitors can also go on a desert safari or dune bashing in a 4x4. There is even a snow skiing centre located in the new Mall of the Emirates.
