  1. Port Overview

  1. Stromboli, Italy

  2. Stromboli is one of the Aeolian Islands of Italy. The island is about 2 km in diameter and 900 m above sea level. Stromboli is also the name of its active Volcano, the islands dominant feature which rises 3,000 m above the floor of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

There are two villages on the island; Stromboli and Ginostra. These are largely untouched by tourism and can only be reached by boat. A hiking trail is currently under construction, which will allow tourists to move between the two villages. The island also offers some great dive spots.
